初步移植EasyMock2.2 到JDK1.4
EasyMock 2.0 已经把其他mock方案抛在后面
但它大量应用了泛型等特征，官方要求JDK5.0. 因此我们使用了Retroweaver将其移植到JDK1.4。另外，有两个文件需要手工修改，发布在SpringSide的subproject:

如果是直接使用，直接复制dist里的三个jar即可。
如果你在使用中发现还有文件没修改干净，请按/doc/ReadMe.txt的做法，继续修改，并请把结果反馈回ss:)
(注，因为后来找到了Retrotranslator，一行未改就能在JDK1.4上运行，子项目取消)

昨天下了0.8，似乎有一个bug，在后台的图书管理，选择每页显示几条记录的那个下拉列表会出错（选50和100的那个）
